Legal Documentary Requirements Checklist:
Accomplished and signed BPI Application Form
Separate form for co-borrower or co-mortgagor.
Death Certificate/Decree of Legal Separation/Annulment/Divorce (if applicable) must be available otherwise, spouse is included in the application.
Oath of Allegiance (for dual citizen borrower/s) re-acquiring Filipino citizenship (if applicable).
One (1) Valid ID of Borrower/s
For Primary, Spouse, Co-borrowers and SPA. Any Government Issued IDs are accepted, with at least six (6) months validity, photo, date of birth and signature.
Marriage Contract/Certificate
Philippine registered marriage.

CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage)
Single applicants, including a co-borrower who is a common-law partner.

Letter of Authority (LOA)
Authorizing BPI to conduct verification on Residence, Employment, Business, and Trade.
Indicate name and contact details of person to be contacted.
Best time to call of Principal Borrower
For the bank's Credit Team to call the borrower for other information.
