Tax Declaration reflects the value of a property (Land, Building/Improvement) for the purpose of Real Property Tax.

The Owner’s Copy of a tax declaration is issued upon transferring the ownership of a real property from the previous owner to the new owner, or upon the declaration of new building or improvement.

Any person acquiring a property is equally responsible in declaring the same with the City Assessor’s Office within sixty (60) days from the issuance of its Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT)
