From the conversation with your Nook Home Loan Consultant, long-press the microphone icon at the right side of the chat box.

Start recording your message. Note: If you made a mistake in your recording, swipe to the right to cancel.

Release the microphone button and your voice recording will be instantly sent in your conversation.

From the conversation with your Nook Home Loan Consultant, click the "+" icon at the left side of the chat box.

Locate the "Clip" icon by scrolling the bottom panel to the left.

Once you click the "Clip" icon, this will open the video recording window. You may change the camera view by clicking the "switch camera" icon.

When you're ready to record, press the red "record" button. When finished, click the red "pause" icon &gt; click the "Done" arrow &gt; then click "Share".

You should now see the video clip in your conversation.

2. Locate the "Clip" icon by scrolling the bottom panel to the left.
3. Once you click the "Clip" icon, this will open the video recording window. You may change the camera view by clicking the "switch camera" icon. 
 
 
4. When you're ready to record, press the red "record" button. When finished, click the red "pause" icon &gt; click the "Done" arrow &gt; then click "Share".
5. You should now see the video clip in your conversation.
