Replying to a Specific Chat in the Nook App (mobile & desktop)

Go to the conversation with your Loan Consultant or Loan Officer.

Locate the specific chat you need to reply to and simply tap on it.

Type your message at the text box below, then press the "send" icon at the right side of the text box.

You will see your reply to that specific chat in your main conversation window.

Go to the conversation with your Loan Consultant or Loan Officer.

Hover your mouse over the specific message/chat that you need to reply to. A "chat bubble" will appear at the ride side of the message.

On the right side of your screen, type your reply in the text box below then hit the "enter" key to send.
