You can easily contact your Loan Consultant/Officer when you need to speak with them regarding your loan application. As long as you see the "green" dot next to their picture, it means that they are online and are available to take your call.
Here are the steps:
Go to your conversation with your Loan Consultant / Officer.
Click the "Phone" icon at the upper right of the screen.
Click "Start Meeting" at the dropdown.
This will instantly start the call with your Loan Consultant / Officer.
