If you need to give highlight some instructions or give more detailed information about a document, recording a video or your voice is much easier than typing a very long message. Here are the steps:

  1. In your conversation with your Loan Consultant/Officer.

  2. Locate and open the file you want to record over at.

  3. At the bottom of the screen, click the ‘Recording’ icon.

  4. (a) To start recording, press the 'Record' button at bottom center of the screen.
    (b) If you want to also record a video of yourself along with the audio, click the 'Camera' icon.

  5. (a) Click the 'pause button' (bottom center of the screen) to pause/restart the recording. (b) Use the 'laser pointer' if you need to point out an any item on the document; or (c) You can use the 'annotate' function to write over the document or make some markings.

  6. Once you're done with the recording, click the "Share" button. To delete the recording and start over, click "Discard".
