Ang pagbili ng property ay hindi madali dahil maraming kailangang i-consider. Kaya napakaimportante na kilala natin kung sino ang may-ari ng property na balak natin bilhin.

Usually, my dalawang klase ng nagbebenta ng bahay: developers or private sellers.

With Developers, mas madali kang makakakuha ng home loan dahil most of the time, accredited sila with the banks.

With Private Sellers, meron tayong tinatawag na appraisal fee na kailangang bayaran para i-appraise ng bangko ang actual price ng bahay o lupang bibilhin.

Kaya naman bilang affiliate, importante na alam mo ang mga impormasyon na ito kung sakaling meron kang referral na magtatanong sa β€˜yo.

Kapag nakakuha ng successful home loan ang iyong client, siguradong meron kang aasahang commission!
