A Lot Plan is among the most common requirement when acquiring a loan for House & Lot, Vacant Lot, or Construction/Renovation. It's a map that illustrates the plot of the land based on the technical descriptions in either the title, from previously approved surveys done on the land, or actual surveys from Geodetic Engineers. It provides the dimensions of the property as well as the shape of the land. Lot Plans need to be signed and certified by a licensed Geodetic Engineer (GE) to be considered valid and with authority.
